CHSL 2025 final result — out
The CHSL 2025 cycle is complete. The Tier 1 result came on 27 February 2026, Tier 2 was held on 10 and 22 April 2026, the First Round of Tentative Allocation (FRTA) came on 17 August 2026, and the final result was declared on 7 October 2026. The CHSL 2026 cycle hasn’t reached its first result yet, because Tier 1 is proposed for 30 November to 31 December 2026.
SSC publishes results on its official portal as PDFs. Final answer keys and detailed marks for selected and non-selected candidates are uploaded later (SSC says “in due course”). JobSafal never hosts results, so always check on ssc.gov.in.

What the result shows
SSC’s CHSL 2025 result write-ups and the detailed marks it uploads afterwards cover these:
Merit list & post allocation
The final merit is based only on Tier 2 Sections I and II. Section III (the Computer Knowledge Test) and the skill or typing test only need to be passed. Posts are allotted by merit and the post preferences you submitted online. If scores tie, SSC compares Tier 2 Section I marks first, then Tier 1 marks, then date of birth, with the older candidate placed higher. CHSL 2025 also used a sliding mechanism after FRTA: allocated candidates chose Fix or Float during identity verification (2,260 Fix, 927 Float), and 328 new allocations filled seats left by candidates who were absent.
Preferences are final once submitted, and a candidate who skips the preference form is not considered for any post. In CHSL 2025, anyone who did not attend the sliding / identity-verification process in person was treated as absent and left out of the final result.

- Document verificationThe department you were allotted handles document verification and appointment formalities.
- Wait up to six monthsIf your department hasn’t contacted you within six months of the final result, write to that department directly.
- No waiting listSSC does not prepare a reserve or waiting list. Unfilled vacancies are carried forward by the departments.
- Appointment & probationAppointees serve two years of probation, and the posts carry all-India service liability.
